diy acu spoon

this spoony pal has been carefully sand papered.

It works for all skin types. 

There’s a low-tech, easy comfort to it. 

Smooth in some oil, apply gentle pressure and scrape* the skin. 

Keep the spoon tilted at a 45-degree angle, 

shift over to a new spot now & then. 

It releases tension and feels really yummy!
